Ashampoo UnInstaller 2000 can monitor, register and reverse virtually all changes made to your system, including both the installation of applications and any other manual or automatic changes. It does this by creating "before" and "after" snapshots of all the files and configuration information in your entire system. These snapshots are stored in log files that you can then load at any time so that you can select and reverse all the changes made, including Windows registry entries, changes to system files, added files and even modified, deleted and overwritten files (backup required).

It is particularly effective at monitoring and handling changes to the Windows registry, irrespective of whether they are caused by application installations or other system modifications.
