Setup Generator is very useful for quickly making SFX archives. The size of the extractor module is 32-35 KB, and multiple languages are supported.
This is a really good installation-maker, mostly because its ease of use. It's laid out in a way that anybody can work with it.
Just to try it out; I put picture files into the program and made them an executable file, accompanyied by an uninstall feature to get rid of the pictures.
