File Cutter has 12 preset 'splits' for you and you can split the file into up to 10 pieces. Standard file sizes can be chosen or you can dictate the file size in a text box.

Just select the file and your size choice, and then click the 'Cut File' button. Your file will be chopped and a batch file will be created to allow you to merge them back together.
