nthClock is a customizable desktop clock that lets you change the look and color of the time, the font type, and the overall size. You can even choose between a 12 or 24-hour clock. It even supports Internet time.

Pop-up reminders, or alarms, appear at whatever time you specify and display a text message. You can also set them to play a WAV or EXE file.
