This lets you probe any TCP port to make sure that critical services such as the Domain Name Service (DNS), FTP servers, BootP servers, mail servers, and Web servers are responding. It also allows monitoring of URLs to make sure that they contain certain text or that the size returned exceeds a specified size.

An integrated port scanner is included and this has the ability to monitor services while logged off.
