This file sharing program uses decentralized servers hosted by you. When a user connects, they can message each other, download or upload. Servers are listed under the public server list that can be obtained by clicking the refresh button. There is also a private server list to which you can add.

If you visit the author's homepage, there are listings of new public servers. You can also access this information though the forums menu within the program.
