VShell gives you strong security whether you need a remote command shell, TCP/IP port forwarding or secure file transfer. Common applications include secure remote access to file and mail servers for telecommuters, and secure extranets for sharing files with customers and partners. System administrators and Webmasters can administer their servers securely from the local network or remote locations. VShell installs as a native Windows Control Panel and runs as a service in Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

This program comes in three different formats: Personal, Workgroup and Enterprise. These formats make VShell customizable, and each of the different versions supports a different number of concurrent connections.
