This is an Internet Relay Chat server that allows IRC clients such as mIRC, and PIRCH to connect to your computer as an IRC-based chat server. The new version allows server-to-server linking. It has six types of operators, three levels of IP/Hostname masking to prevent TCP/IP attacks, language context control and anti-profanity.

Note: This shareware application is limited to 10 client connections.
