As a personal firewall, MailControl constantly monitors what is being sent. When you send an e-mail message, a pop-up alert will ask you how to handle the e-mail. You may block the e-mail, allow it or create a rule for MailControl to automatically process following e-mails.

You have four choices when an e-mail from a new application is sent. You may block or allow that single message. You may also block or allow all messages sent from that application.
