ICQProxy enables you to use ICQ from behind a firewall that is not supported by ICQ itself.

ICQ proxy sends packets via HTTP to one of HTTP-Tunnel.com's free servers. The packet then gets sent to Mirabilis.

ICQ99b is the only version currently supported, and it boasts more firewalls than ICQ2000.
