This will read all of your incoming messages without requiring you to lift a finger. The program sits in the system tray and automatically detects your messages. This is a very simple program that auto-detects everything, so it's a cinch to use. It includes phrase filtering to recognize and speak common chat abbreviations.

To ensure a safe chat environment, the program also has an option to bypass common swear words. This also supports speech in many different languages.
