This application supports ID3 tag versions 1.0, 1.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4. It lets you rename files using tags in addition to encoding and decoding MP3s.

Drag and drop to create play lists and edit multiple tags. Capitalize tag fields and file names or remove tags altogether. You can even see MPEG file information and most other relevant information in the progress window.

This will also play files.
