An alternative to expensive and complex audio editing software, ezMP3edit is a robust yet easy-to-use MP3/WAV editor that includes a comprehensive set of editing tools. It allows users to edit MP3 files directly, without any prior conversion to some other format. Support also exists for standard and compressed WAV files, and files can be converted between MP3 and WAV formats as well as re-sampled for better quality. The user can also create files from compact disc, microphone or other audio source.

One of ezMP3edit's most powerful features is its ability to batch edit hundreds of files. Any series of editing operations can be performed on one file and then automatically performed on any number of additional files.
