Capture-It captures the area on the computer screen without pesky title bars. You will be able to save actions on the full screen and play them back later.

The program runs in the system tray, and you have to click on it to begin. You will be able to save the actions as a video or as a GIF. You can even set up hot keys to take screen shots. You can capture the screen in several different shapes as well.
