This lets you select a number of different effects and filters that can be applied to an image. For instance, you can blur an image, transform it into black-and-white and apply a mosaic filter. The process of applying several filters can be used to produce a dramatically different image than what you began with.

You can set up a sequence of image filters and apply them to one image or to a whole group. The program has over fifty filters and effects, providing you with a number of options for image manipulation.

This is also a great program for generating thumbnails from a set of full-sized images. You can take a group of images and change their sizes and color depths. You can save the thumbnails in a graphic format that is different from the original image.
