This tool lets you make thumbnail pictures of your image collection. Just choose the files to include or exclude, determine the size of the desired thumbnail and whether or not you want the image to be rotated.

This makes it extremely easy to batch resize a group of images on your computer, as well as create HTML pages from a list of images. In addition, it features HTML generation of special effects.
