WMA Encoder/Decoder 1.4.2
Date: February 18th, 2002 License: Shareware
Size: 3.5MB Rating: rating
Cost: $19.95 Evaluation: 30 days
Information:
WMA Encoder/Decoder is an audio convertor that encodes MP3, OGG and WAV files to WMA files, and decodes WMA files back to WAV files.

The sound quality of conversion is really good and beats out other convertors that I've seen. If you like the WMA format, you will want this program.

You can also enable ID Tags to add more information to the file.

Note: It will convert 50% of the source file (encoding and decoding) into WMA until you register the full version.
