ACM Station lets you compress audio data to a fraction of its original size without losing any quality. It also allows you to convert audio files to different formats and types without losing quality.

Note: I've searched the Internet abroad and the trail leads to nowhere for this program. Be advised, this is a freeware tool, but it is not supported by the original author.
