IM SpeakEasy! is a text to speech module that monitors your clipboard. Copy the text that you'd like to hear and IMSE speaks using one of 25 possible voices.

You can customize the voices by adjusting the pitch and speed as well.

This program is extremely easy to use and performs really well. If you want a text to speech program, this should be on your download list.
