FlasKMPEG is a MPEG/DVD conversion program. It takes MPEG-1, MPEG-2, or DVD-IFO video format and converts them to AVI or bbMPeg Encoder format, changing video parameters, frame rate and audio frequency.

It has a simple interface and supports only 3 formats. This program converts to an AVI file on default.

Overall, it works great, and I'd definitely endorse its effectiveness.
