Its features include:

Scenes can be edited by using cut & paste or drag & drop features
Videos can be saved in two formats (JPEG and AVI, with more supports in process)
Generate HTML documents from scenes in your movie

Cut Viewer may be the first inductee into the section, but it will also be one of those handy tools you can't live without. In this reviewer's opinion, it's worthy of a 4 cow and easily updatable with the new features that it promises. Enjoy!
