This is a utility for creating accurate thumbnail images and scaled-down copies from a wide range of popular picture formats. You can use slider controls to rotate images and adjust contrast, brightness, sharpness and quality. Preview the results with a built-in viewer.

You have a choice of six size-reduction algorithms and command-line switches. Save your thumbnails to a Web page using an HTML template that you can customize. Documentation is included.
