Information:
This lets you create playlists for any of the music files on your hard drive. You can either search the entire hard drive for files or select designated folders in which to search. You can then edit the entire playlist or individual files, and edit the ID3 tags.

It creates a database by scanning your hard disks, CDs and network for MP3 files. You can group, sort and filter the resulting database even when the actual MP3 files are not available. It even offers batch editing and supports M3U and PLS playlist formats.
