For each task item, Task-O-Matic optionally allows you to give priority levels, required completion date, estimated number of days to complete, more detailed information and an associated file link. It automatically sorts your lists according to the priority of each item. After completed tasks are checked off, they can be automatically moved to the end of the current list, deleted or exported to a completed list.
