There is a screen imaging utility that can be set to take screen shots at intervals from one to 20 seconds apart while running other applications. You can also track keystrokes, Web page URLs and all other computer activity.

All data is saved in a text file that can be encrypted and e-mailed to you within a timetable that you specify.
