PDOXTool is a multiple platform database viewing and modification tool for working with txt table definitions.

A txt table definition is a text explanation of the purpose of the database. With this program these can be viewed, printed and saved. They are displayed in the data tab and the information in the databases can be viewed or edited from within the program.

PDOXTool is lacking a help file, which wont be a problem as long as you have a strong general knowledge of database operation.
